The 4th Annual World of Rap Awards will be held on Feb. 15, 2007 at Caesars Palace in the Paris Ballroom in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This black tie gala awards presentation will bring together some of the best talent hip hop culture has to offer.

It will serve as a benefit show for several non profit organizations. The

program will feature an array of popular hip hop culture Rap personalities who hail from the music, film and television industries.

Their endeavors are to encourage rap music artist, record labels and the entire entertainment industry to reflect on, writing and producing positive, productive messages in their music.
