The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, and the City of San Diego are currently working together to develop a master plan for Lindbergh Field to improve transportation options to the airport. A key component of this plan is the possible Intermodal Transportation Center that would provide direct connections to the airport, bus, bus rapid transit, flyaway services, trolley, commuter rail, high-speed rail and other transportation modes.

-- Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions Report. Staff will present a report on the feasibility of achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions for the operations of the 220 mile-per-hour electric train system.
