- Healthvision signed over 60 projects with new and existing customers during the fourth quarter. Over 35 percent of these projects were with new customers. "This continues to be an exciting time for our company," stated Russell Fleischer, Healthvision's chief executive officer. "We have a broad set of solutions and services enabling our customers to efficiently share health information within

their organization, as well as with outside care givers."

During the fourth quarter, Healthvision established many new relationships. A few examples include:

-- ActiveHealth Management -- a leading provider of health management services. The company's solutions, all based on its patented CareEngine(R) System, help health plans, employers, and government payers improve care and reduce costs. Healthvision developed a solution for ActiveHealth centered around the Cloverleaf(R) Integration Suite and Intelligent Health Broker technology. Frank Norman, executive vice president and chief information officer of ActiveHealth Management stated, "The resourceful solution installed by Healthvision enables us to retrieve data from an important RHIO and translate it into the format needed for use in our CareEngine System. Our relationship with Healthvision has provided ActiveHealth with the connectivity capabilities needed to interoperate with industry-standard clinical data flows from RHIOs and Provider organizations, supplementing our existing claims-based connectivity capabilities with health plans."

-- CareTech Solution, Inc. -- an information technology and health information management services provider. CareTech will utilize Healthvision's Cloverleaf Integration Suite for various healthcare organizations when implementing customized information systems.

-- Stevens Hospital -- a 217-bed public facility in Edmonds, Washington. Stevens purchased the Cloverleaf Interface Engine with the Fully Redundant High-Availability option for Windows as a replacement system for their Siemens Open Link Interface Engine.

Healthvision also broadened existing relationships with many of our clients. Two specific customer expansions were:

-- Stellaris Health Network -- expanded their Cloverleaf Integration Suite License to cover new applications.

-- RxHub LLC -- extended the use of RxHub Integration Services. RxHub's software and services package utilizes Cloverleaf Integration Suite to reduce the time and costs associated with the integration between Pharmaceutical Benefit Managers and RxHub.

Healthvision welcomes new customers, existing customers, and prospects to visit us in booth 2569 at this year's HIMSS conference in Orlando, Florida being held February 25-28 at the Orange County Convention Center.
