2009-11-11 12:25:59 - It was hats off to Jordan Ryan as he was given more than a gold watch to celebrate a decade with a leading Coventry construction firm – he landed a new job.

Twenty-six-year-old Ryan has been appointed to the role of business development manager at Deeley Construction, part of the Deeley Group based at Coventry Business Park.
Ryan, from Earlsdon, joined the company straight from school when he was just 16-years-old. Since then he has worked his way up through the company to be promoted from his previous position as a quantity surveyor.
The

new role will initially see Ryan working to secure even more business in the Coventry and Warwickshire area before expanding to seek further work across the UK.
Ryan said: “I am definitely looking forward to the challenges ahead, building new contacts and contributing to the growth of the business.
“Deeley has a hugely respected name in the industry both locally and further afield and I intend to make full use of that in my efforts to secure more work.
“It is rewarding to have been given the opportunity to progress during my years spent with the company.”
