HANNOVER, Germany (AP) - Bundesliga club Hannover says it is loaning American midfielder Salvatore Zizzo to second-division Fortuna Duesseldorf for a year.
Hannover announced the move in a statement Thursday.
The 22-year-old Zizzo, who holds U.S. and Italian citizenship and played once for the U.S. national team, joined Hannover two years ago but has had only limited appearances for the German club.
