GSI Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIT) announced that Lee-Lean Shu, president and chief executive officer, and Didier Lasserre, vice president of sales, will attend the AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference being held at the Monterey Plaza Hotel in Monterey, Calif. on May 3-5, 2009.

Messrs. Shu and Lasserre will offer a brief presentation on the morning of May 5th, followed by several

breakout meetings with conference attendees.
