Actress RACHEL GRIFFITHS credits TV show SUPERNANNY for helping her raise her own two children.
The Six Feet Under star uses the same punishments seen on the show as direction for how to discipline her own kids.
She says, "(We have a) naughty chair in my house. But I probably get more from Supernanny about consistency and evenness - just practical stuff really. "I think when it comes to parenting, who has time to think philosophically? It's just basic things, like how do I stop my three-year-old conking the one-year-old over the head with a broom?"
