With so many wild life sanctuaries across our thickly covered dense forests, wildlife photography has become a passion for many photographers more than a hobby.

It is said that wildlife photography is regarded as one of the most challenging professions as it requires special skill sets altogether. Among many renowned wildlife photographers Baiju Patil is one such name that strikes one’s mind. With many awards to his credit, this week IBN Lokmat brings to you a special interaction with the man behind the lens, only on Great Bhet on Saturday, 2nd February 2013 at 9:30 pm only on IBN-Lokmat.
Bajiu Patil started wildlife photography around 10-12 years back as a hobby, and his hobby soon turned into a professional wildlife photographer. He has travelled across all national parks in India and has managed to capture some beautiful shoots in his lenses. Baijiu’s best and unique

work was awarded with RBS- Sanctuary award for the Best Wildlife Photographer in the year 2010. Patil also penned down a book named “Wildscape” which was launched at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai by the hands of Honorable Governor of Maharashtra Dr. K. Shankarnarayan and Business Tycoon Mukesh Ambani, and got published by M.D. of prestigious printing media house Lokmat Mr. Vijay Darda.
