HARRISBURG, Pa., May 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Governor Edward G. Rendell today issued the following statement regarding the reconfirmation of Environmental Protection Secretary Kathleen A. McGinty and Conservation and Natural Resources Secretary Michael DiBerardinis:
