- Global Capacity (parent: Capital Growth Systems, Inc.) (OTCBB: CGSY), the telecommunications industry's first logistics company, today announced continued progress in organic growth activities of the Company.

The predictable revenue stream continues to emphasize new client services for both government and corporate customers through the delivery of the Company's suite of recurring revenue activities and the portfolio of recurring

customers. Benchmarking services, leveraging Global Capacity's knowledge base with respect to global pricing, are being sought by customers seeking to reduce their network spending worldwide.

Non-predictable activities, highlighted by Network Optimization activities, continue to expand into additional projects and regions. In addition to optimization projects in the United States and European Union markets, the project list recently expanded to include South America - specifically Brazil. One contracted customer project currently in the analysis phase encompasses data across 34 countries, 449 carriers, and over 340,000 circuits. The Company is in the process of reviewing all data provided by the customer as part of its Network Optimization Solutions and will be providing the customer feedback on savings as the country analysis is completed.

In addition, as a result of Global Capacity's leading logistics and optimization activities, the Company will participate for the second consecutive year as a panelist in the industry-leading Carrier Outsourcing 2008 Conference being held on October 23 and 24 in Berlin. Nigel Meacham will represent Global Capacity in the panel discussion focusing on investment appraisal of outsourcing deals. The Carrier Outsourcing 2008 Conference brings together the top global names in carrier services, business management and technologies.

Patrick Shutt, Global Capacity Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The variety of diversified customer progress and organic growth for Global Capacity continue to affirm our valuable role as a partner with our customers. Together, we are helping our customers to be more efficient in their businesses and maximize their financial performance."
