Giant Tiger Stores Limited announces Andy Gross has been appointed as the company's new President and Chief Operating Officer.
Andy Gross began working at Giant Tiger in 1985 following five years at the Hudson's Bay Company. He began his career at Giant Tiger as a buyer and was then Vice President, Administration and Human Resources, for seven years before his appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer in 2008.
Born in Oakville, Ontario, in 1957, Andy Gross received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a major in Marketing from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He presently lives in Ottawa with his wife and two children.
