OSHAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/03/13 -- Buick experienced sustained growth throughout 2012, finishing the year with a 12 per cent increase in sales, driven by strong consumer demand for the Buick Verano, a recent recipient of a Consumer Guide Automotive Best Buy Award.
