GARBAGE frontwoman SHIRLEY MANSON has reunited the band a year after she = stopped singing to pursue an acting career.

Revealing she was disillusioned with the state of the music industry, M= anson complained, "I'm 42. I have been in bands since I was 15. There get= s to a point where you are stepping out in front of 100,000 people and yo= ur blood pressure doesn't change." But she appears to be preparing a surprise for fans, revealing in a pos= t on her Facebook page that she recently spent time in the studio with fo= rmer Garbage bandmates Steve Marker, Duke Erickson and Butch Vig, who won= a Grammy Award on Sunday for his work producing Green Day album 21st Cen= tury Breakdown.
She wrote, "Guess who I just spent a week in the studio with? Would you= be pleased if I said one of them was called Steve and one of them was ca= lled Duke and another was a Grammy-winning producer?"
