Fulton Innovation (Fulton), the creator and exclusive licensor of eCoupled™ intelligent wireless power technology is demonstrating wireless power solutions at the Texas Instruments booth 8A84 in Hall 8 at the 2010 Mobile World Congress Trade Show, 15-18 February in Barcelona, Spain and at the Applied Power Electronics Conference, 21-25 February in Palm Springs, California. Just a few weeks after debuting the bqTESLA evaluation kit based on eCoupled technology at the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Fulton and Texas Instruments are showcasing the new evaluation kit at international venues for manufacturers who are interested in exploring use of wireless power technology.

Fulton representatives will be available to demonstrate the attributes and applications of eCoupled technology with a variety of

different devices, including the recently announced eCoupled-enabled case-mate Hug for iPhone™ 3G/3GS. At Mobile World Congress, Fulton will also have a car console to show how wireless power can be integrated into various environments to conveniently power electronics.

“Texas Instruments is a very important partner for us and we’re pleased to support them at these shows to highlight the availability of their evaluation kit and our wireless power solutions,” said Dave Baarman, Director of Advanced Technologies for Fulton Innovation. “With the growing demand for wireless power and as consumer products continue to come to market, the bqTESLA evaluation kit offers manufacturers a cost-effective way to evaluate the value proposition for the technology and to begin to integrate wireless power into their product lines.”

Fulton is working with a wide range of industry-leading device and infrastructure companies to bring eCoupled wireless power to life in a number of different environments. Many of these partners, including Fulton and Texas Instruments as founding members, are also members of the Wireless Power Consortium and are working toward a global wireless power standard.
