Frontline Ltd.'s preliminary fourth quarter 2011 results will be released on
Friday February 17, 2012. In connection with this, a presentation and a
teleconference/webcast will be held as described below:

A presentation will be held in Oslo at Aker Brygge in DNB ASA's premises on
