The partnership continues Fresenius’ use of the award-winning Transplace Transportation Management System (TMS) and its cutting-edge business intelligence analytics.

Fresenius created a Supply Chain service brand called “TruBlu Logistics,” a private fleet of more than 400 trucks responsible for transporting medical supplies to its core renal business and to some of the nation’s largest medical suppliers and care providers.

Transplace’s TMS provides visibility for Fresenius’s TruBlu Fleet : in order to transport loads for customers – including Sunny Delight – within the Transplace network. This leads not only to decreased fuel costs and a reduction of empty miles and emissions, but it also delivers collaborative efficiencies across the supply chain.
