MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to launch a $1 billion reopening of its 1.250% seven-year USD Reference Notes® security that matures on October 2, 2019. The issue will price today, Monday, February 25, 2013, and will settle on Tuesday, February 26, 2013.
The $1 billion reopening of the 1.250% seven-year Reference Notes security will be conducted via an Internet-based auction. The issue, CUSIP 3137EADM8, is listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. After the reopening, the outstanding size of the 1.250% seven-year Reference Notes security will be $6 billion.
