TRANSFORMERS star MEGAN FOX has a tattooed dedication to her late ex.
The actress impressed tragic Chris Melik's family when she put her Hollywood career on hold to fly back to Florida for her former boyfriend's funeral in 2004 - and she has since etched a permanent reminder of the sports star on her skin.
It's one of nine "special" tattoos the actress boasts.
Melik's father Robert admits he'll always be touched by how much Fox, who wowed everyone by attending the funeral in a red dress, loved his son: "He was a special kid, and so is Megan. That's why she made the trip across the continent for him."
