“Third, we focused on quality over quantity. In the online space, getting orders is the easy part. Finding high-quality customers, who place orders, don’t cancel their
subscriptions, and then come back for more? Now, that’s the true test for a digital marketer today.”
Any regrets? “I could have chosen a better decade, economically, in which to build an agency. The fact that we grew as we did during a difficult economic era offers great optimism for what we are likely to become over the next 10 years.”
