2008-02-19 23:23:43 - New York -- Ovation Travel Group, the 7th largest corporate travel management company in the United States as ranked by Business Travel News, announced today it has been awarded a 2008 GetThere Luminary Award for 'Overall Support and Customer Satisfaction'.

The Award recognizes that Ovation maximized GetThere system upgrades and tools, and used its expertise in order to develop and implement customized client sites, training and online booking tool consulting for Ovation clients. 'Our end-all goal has always been to best customize this product in order to ease the online booking process for our travelers,' commented Julie Piro, Director of

In 2007, Ovation increased its online transactions by over 40%.
