FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 2, 2009

"Top Ten ways clean energy is good for politicians."

Houston, TX -

Top Ten ways clean energy is good for politicians.

10) Economic growth won't be dictated by angry bearded old men with funny hair coverings.

9) Taxpayers will live longer as they breathe cleaner air.

8) Three words "recyleable hanging chads."

7) Global warming has made them voting booths very uncomfortable.

6) Al Gore will finally retire.

5) With better air quality, voters can see political posters from further away.

4) Iran won't have enough money to build big, bad, nuclear fire crackers.

3) Qadaffi's

UN speeches will be cut off after 4 hours.

2) News will be able finally focus on more pressing issues like sex-scandals and missing white kids.

... and the number one reason clean energy is good for politicians ...

1) It will finally shut-up the damn tree-huggers.

And for those that like sound bites more than top ten lists:

"One thing politicians are not conserving, are political points for clean energy." says Kathy Beyer-Conrad "According to a recent poll by Opinion Dynamics, 61% of Americans support military action on Iran, I wonder what that number would be if Iran had no oil."

"Big Oil is experiencing their 'winter of discontent' as the season of clean energy blooms. Taxpayers can no longer breathe the dirty air spewed out by our environmental policies" says Randy McGillis, a self-proclaimed environmental poet, "We need economic policies that prioritize the environment. We need to consider how our everyday needs, affect the environment" adds Mcgillis, who refuses to write on paper because "It kills too many trees."

As Beyer-Conrad put it, "Gas guzzlers of the world unite, you have nothing to lose but your change."
