Focused Health Solutions, a leading provider of integrated population health management services, has named Michael Taylor to the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy. With more than 20 years of market changing experience in consumer-driven healthcare, Taylor is responsible for Focused Health Solutions sales, marketing, client services and product development.

Previously, Taylor was a management team member of the venture capital-backed Lumenos, an innovator in consumer-driven healthcare. He also served in senior management positions at LifeMasters, a national disease management company, and at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a $7 billion global healthcare provider.

In addition to Taylor, Focused Health Solutions also recently named Mary Paskell to the new position of Vice President, Strategy and Service Innovation, and Carolyn Bilson to the post of Health Strategy Director.

Paskell recently held senior positions at Remedy, a Chicago-based health marketing agency, and at ComPsych Corp., a global provider of behavioral health services. Bilson formerly held senior sales positions most recently at Carewise Health (formerly SHPS), a healthcare services company, as well as marketing and sales positions at American Specialty Health and United Healthcare.
