- Fitch Ratings withdraws the 'BBB-' rating previously assigned to the approximately $74.2 million of senior series 2008A student housing revenue bonds, issued by the Kenmore Village Housing Authority on behalf of WNY-Student Housing LLC. The bonds, originally scheduled to price on or about May 7, 2008, never sold. No parity debt is currently outstanding.
