- Fitch Ratings has taken the following actions on Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust certificates. The classes represent a beneficial ownership interest in separate trust funds, which include bonds that have been affirmed and remain on or have been removed from Rating Watch Negative.

Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-12

--IA1 rated 'AAA' remains on Rating Watch Negative;

--IA2 affirmed at 'AAA' and removed from Rating Watch Negative;

--IA3 rated 'AAA' remains on Rating Watch Negative;

--IIA1 rated 'AAA' remains on Rating Watch Negative;

--IIA2 rated 'AAA' remains on Rating Watch Negative;

--IIA3 rated 'AAA' remains on Rating Watch Negative;

The rating actions were taken as part of Fitch's ongoing surveillance process of existing

transactions.
