- Fitch Ratings has assigned the following rating to J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust, series 2008-R2:

--$161,327,000 class 1-A-1 'AAA'.

This transaction, consisting of two non-crossed groups, is a resecuritization of a senior residential mortgage pass-through certificate. The underlying certificates for Group 1 are:

--WAMU 2007-HY1 class 1-A-1;

--WAMU 2007-HY6 class 1-A-1; and

--WAMU 2007-HY7 class

2-A-1.

All are backed by a pool of primarily one- to four-family, first lien, adjustable-rate residential mortgage loans. As a resecuritization, the certificates will receive their cash-flow from the underlying classes of certificates.
