- Fitch Ratings expects to assign the following ratings to AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2008-A-F:

--$107,000,000 class A-1 'F1+';

--$158,000,000 class A-2-A and A-3-B 'AAA';

--$103,000,000 classes A-3-A and A-3-B 'AAA';

--$132,000,000 classes A-4-A and A-4-B 'AAA'.

The shadow rating of the notes, considering no credit given to the FSA insurance policy, is expected to be 'A-' ('A-' with an asterisk).
