2014-02-14 17:37:04 - The 7th Open Source Data Conference will be held in Berlin on April 8th-10th, 2014. Once again renowned OS specialist will gather for the international conference dedicated to administrators and architects.
This year for the first time, the Open Source Data Conference (OSDC) will take place in Berlin. For the premier in Germany´s capital city, high-class speakers have confirmed their attendance. Among them, Jordan Sissel, the Logstash developer and the founder of Graylog2, Lennart Koopmann, giving an overview of log management in a joint presentation. Furthermore Devdas Bhagat, the network administrator at Booking.com and Jan Piet Mens are expected.
This year´s program on “Agile Infrastructures” consists of the three thematic blocks “Tools & Methods”, “DataCenter Infrastructure” and “Config Management”. The full lecture program is now available at the event website.
As in the previous years, optional in-depth workshops are offered in addition to the conference package. The workshop topics are „Puppet Config Management“,
„Logstash Enterprise Logfile Management“ and „Graphite Advanced Realtime Graphing“.
Aside from the conference package, the attendance at the Puppet Camp, that will immediately follow the OSDC, is also additionally bookable.
