Fine Hygienic Paper Company, part of Nuqul Group, has successfully concluded a recently held workshop titled “Strengths-Based leadership”, and executed by “Talentology” company for trainings, for 21 employees, under one of FINE’s HR programs called “FINE Future Managers” in the Levant area.

The Strengths-Based Program aims at helping individuals realize their true potentials and utilize them to become more productive on a professional and personal basis. People operating as one or more consolidated teams have always shown more productivity than individuals working independently as they tend to give a well-rounded response to any situation.
The Area HR Manager, at FINE Levant, Suleiman Sabanekh, expressed his strong belief in the program saying, “Leadership is based on developing an individual’s strengths which

is considered to be the most important method of creating leaders; therefore, we have decided to offer it to our staff. The workshop has dealt with the four main areas: the most important points of strength, the obstacles faced in investing in core strengths, determining the points of strength and how to invest in personal strong points.
Mr. Al Sabanekh also added, “We are committed to giving our employees the best training courses and workshops to enhance team performance through their personal development, which in turn will be reflected in FINE’s corporate development.”
