Coming off the heels of adding scheduling in version 2.5, FieldSync™ continues to empower its clients with new features in version 2.6. This release, available on December 16th, pushes the customization envelope by enhancing the Customer module, which is the center of the FieldSync™ universe.
“FieldSync™ is designed in such a way that nearly all of the functionality is related to an ‘entity’, which, by default is called “Customer. Each organization can configure FieldSync™ to track different entities, whether they be a Client, Location, Project, Asset or something else.” says FieldSync™ Product Architect, Kari Herzog. “The ability to tie together tasks, forms and scheduling with any entity, regardless of how it’s named, allows users to customize FieldSync™ to their specific business
needs at a very granular level.”
