Fidelity and eZuce Announce Partnership to Provide Cloud-Based PBX Product

2013-08-15 19:43:21 - Fidelity Voice and Data, a telecommunications company located in Northeast Ohio, and eZuce Inc., the leading provider of open standards based, enterprise Unified Communications (UC) solutions have partnered to bring a new cloud-based managed service product to market.

Fidelity and eZuce Announce Partnership to Provide Cloud-Based PBX Product
The product is an all-in-one cloud-based Unified Communications solution and Hosted PBX, fully supported by the two companies and offering Quality of Service (QoS) end-to-end on Fidelity’s network.
After extensive compatibility testing, Fidelity and eZuce have combined their services to create a top of the line cloud communication product. Using eZuce Virtualized openUC software along with Fidelity’s SIP trunking network, national MPLS network and cloud infrastructure, the providers have created a wholesale service that will benefit interconnects and IT solution providers.

The new product is on the market now and in the process of being provisioned for new clients. Both Fidelity and eZuce have high hopes for the success of their combined resources.
