When the company launched in January 2007, it focused solely on U.S. shipments. With the addition of Canadian coverage, customers can
now receive truckload solutions for select provinces, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta.

Customers who call FedEx Truckload Brokerage work directly with a logistics account manager. The account manager handles all aspects of the shipment, from initial setup to finding the right carrier and providing the final invoice. He or she then serves as the customer's single point-of-contact for future business.
