VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/22/13 -- FDG Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDG) (the "Company") announces that Andres Tinajero has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective February 20, 2013. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Tinajero for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in the future. An announcement about the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer is expected to be issued next week.
