Claims personnel from Farmers Insurance Group of Companies® have been deployed to several Southern California cities to help customers affected by the wildfire burning in the Sylmar, Corona, Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills areas.
Farmers Insurance asks its customers who have been ordered to evacuate or who have suffered damage, or lost their home because of the widespread
wildfires, to immediately contact Farmers" 24 hour claims hotline at:
1-800-HelpPoint (1-800-435-7764) for immediate assistance.
"We are setting up as many customer care centers as we can, to keep up with the changing path of these fires," said Farmers State Executive Director Charles Dabelgott. "We will bring in as many resources as needed to help our customers file claims quickly and easily."
Saturday afternoon, Farmers set up a Customer Care Claims Vehicle (CCV) at Katella High School located at 2200 East Wagner Avenue in Anaheim, California. The vehicle is equipped with state-of-the art communications equipment and carries supplies such as water and satellite phones for customers support.
