F3 Technologies, Inc. (OTCPK: FTCH) is pleased to announce that its Interaction Community System has officially entered the California market with the signing of a 200 unit HOA in Silicon Valley.

According to the California Association of Homeowners Associations, there are estimated 35,000-40,000 community associations comprised of condominium, townhome and single family associations in California. They represent an estimated 3,000,000 units and are occupied by an estimated 6,000,000 people. Annually, California community associations spend an estimated six billion dollars and own an estimated 450 billion dollars in property values.
