Same Day refers to packages that are delivered within 24 hours of collection unless standard services (typically domestic) operate within this timeframe. It excludes documents / messenger / pushbike type of companies. Next Day refers to all volumes, which are delivered the next available business day after pick-up. This type of service is guaranteed. Parcel refers to revenues / volumes generated from ´standard´ or ´deferred´ services (i.e. neither non-day nor time guaranteed services).
Volumes in this database refer to single parcels (""units"") only (no groupage or pallets). All Currency conversions have been calculated at constant 2007 annual average exchange rates.
