(Oslo, 20 March 2013) EVRY has signed a new contract with the payment services
company Klarna AB. The contract covers services for printing, postage
optimisation and digital distribution. The agreement runs for two years, and
represents total contract value of around SEK 150 million.

Klarna is a market leader in Sweden for invoice and financing solutions for
online shopping, and reported total transactions volume of EUR 1.8 billion in
2012.

Through the new contract and the introduction of EVRY's Flex Line digital
service, Klarna looks forward to reliable and cost-effective document production
and distribution in the seven countries in which it operates.

"Klarna's rapid expansion and growth requires a solution that is reliable,
qualitative and cost-effective. This new contract will also give us greater
flexibility so that we can offer the best
possible customer experience. EVRY has demonstrated that it meets our requirements, and we look forward to continuing good collaboration", comments Mathias Hedlund, COO of Klarna AB. "Particularly in view of Klarna's success and international expansion, we are of course extremely pleased that the company has chosen EVRY as a partner for the company's work on further improving its operational efficiency and supporting its continuing strong growth. Klarna has extensive and relatively complex business operations that handle several million transactions annually, so we recognise that the company sets very high requirements for its suppliers to understand its processes and systems. We look forward with great enthusiasm to developing our collaboration with Klarna", comments Terje Mjøs, CEO of EVRY. Digital distribution Flex Line is a service developed by EVRY that makes it possible to combine printing services for account statements and documents in black and white and colour with postage optimisation, using a model where the user pays by the page for the technology applied. The contract also includes technical support, scanning, returned mail, materials and waste management. "This is a good example of how bringing together the various modern technologies and solutions for printing, postage optimisation, file consolidation and digital services can help our customers by creating a flexible solution that is cost effective while delivering high standards of quality at every stage", comments Terje Mjøs, CEO of EVRY.
