Tony, 24, set the scene for the proposal by placing rose petals and candles around the room, and the 'Desperate Housewives' actress admits she couldn't contain her happiness Eva, 31, said: "I cried my eyes out, it was so romantic." The couple are believed to be planning to tie the knot on July 7 next year at a French castle.
However, Eva does not want the cost of the nuptials to spiral out of control and has reportedly enlisted the services of celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss to make sure everything for the big day is done within a budget.
