- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE:ETH) (the"Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The regular quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share will be payable to shareholders of record as of July 10, 2008 and will be paid on July 25, 2008.

leading manufacturer and retailer of quality home furnishings. The Company sells a full range of furniture products and decorative accessories through an exclusive network of 291 design centers located in the United States and abroad, of which 153 are Company-owned.
