A number of stocks were upgraded and downgraded by equities research analysts
today, as reported by Analyst Ratings Network ( bit.ly/arndailyr) and
Equity Brief:

Global Hunter Securities  downgraded shares of Atwood Oceanics, Inc. (NYSE: ATW)
from a buy rating to an accumulate rating. Their analysts now have a $54.00
price target on the stock.

Exane BNP Paribas  downgraded shares of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA
(NASDAQ: BBVA) from a neutral rating to an underperform rating.

KeyBanc  downgraded shares of Beacon Roofing Supply (NASDAQ: BECN) from a buy
rating to a hold rating. They noted that the move was a valuation call. They

Exane BNP Paribas  downgraded shares of BT Group plc (NYSE: BT) from an
outperform rating to a neutral rating.

JPMorgan Chase  downgraded shares 
of Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE: CLF) from an overweight rating to a neutral rating. Their analysts now have a $36.00 price target on the stock, down previously from $55.00.
