A number of stocks were upgraded and downgraded by equities research analysts
today, as reported by Analyst Ratings Network ( bit.ly/equitybriefdaily)
and Equity Brief:

Credit Suisse downgraded shares of Tyco International Ltd (TYC) from an
outperform rating to a neutral rating. Their analysts now have a $30.00 price
target on the stock.

Bank of America downgraded shares of US Bancorp (USB) from a buy rating to a
neutral rating. Their analysts now have a $35.00 price target on the stock, down
previously from $37.00.

RBC Capital initiated coverage on shares of Ventas (VTR). They issued an
outperform rating on the stock and set a $68.00 price target.

Robert W. Baird downgraded shares of WABCO Holdings Inc. (WBC) from an
outperform rating to a neutral rating. Their analysts now have a $59.00 price
target 
on the stock, down previously from $65.00. Credit Agricole upgraded shares of Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM) from an outperform rating to a buy rating. Credit Agricole now has a $80.00 price target on the stock, up previously from $76.00.
