A number of stocks were upgraded and downgraded by equities research analysts
today, as reported by Analyst Ratings Network ( bit.ly/equitybriefdaily)
and Equity Brief:

Guggenheim downgraded shares of National-Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NOV) from a buy
rating to a neutral rating.

Citigroup upgraded shares of Corp Office Props (OFC) from a sell rating to a
neutral rating. Citigroup now has a $26.00 price target on the stock, up
previously from $20.00.

SunTrust initiated coverage on shares of Olin Co. (OLN). They issued a neutral
rating on the stock and set a $20.50 price target.

Janney Montgomery Scott initiated coverage on shares of Oracle (ORCL). They
issued a buy rating on the stock.

JPMorgan Chase reiterated its overweight rating on shares of Pfizer Inc (PFE).
They have a $29.00 price target on the stock. They
wrote, "Following last week's phase II data for PD-991 in breast cancer and further feedback from physicians, we believe the product represents the most promising of Pfizer's next-generation pipeline assets, and we are incorporating it into our model. We see PD-991 as a multi-billion product opportunity, addressing a large segment of the breast cancer market (first-line advanced/metastatic HER2-/ER+) with few treatment options. More broadly, we believe PFE shares remain positioned to outperform as the company continues with its business unit divestiture process, returns significant capital to shareholders, and enters an attractive new product launch cycle." Goldman Sachs initiated coverage on shares of Procter & Gamble (PG). They issued a neutral rating on the stock. Janney Montgomery Scott initiated coverage on shares of Parametric (PMTC). They issued a buy rating on the stock. SunTrust initiated coverage on shares of PPG (PPG). They issued a neutral rating on the stock and set a $128.00 price target. Oppenheimer raised its price target on shares of Phillips 66 (PSX) from $55.00 to $60.00. They have an outperform rating on the stock.
