Celartem's investment validates the importance of Equilibrium's present and future products in the marketplace.

The lead capital investment by Celartem, Inc. results in a minority ownership of Equilibrium and one seat on Equilibrium's Board of Directors. The agreement was completed this week following approval by Celartem's Board of Directors.
