Actor DAVID HASSELHOFF’s new girlfriend has returned to reality after months of jet-setting with her famous beau - she’s gone back to work at a U.K. department store.
The Baywatch star invited Hayley Roberts to join him on his travels between the U.S. and Britain after they began dating earlier this year (11).
The pair has been rumoured to be house-hunting in Roberts’ native Wales, but the blonde beauty has now been forced to return to her job on a make-up counter in retailer Debenhams after a period of extended leave.
She says, "It was amazing being on holiday with David - but it is back to reality now. It is fun travelling the world but I’ve missed some of my workmates in Debenhams too." But Roberts has high hopes of a future in the limelight: "I want to leave (Debenhams) but I want some modelling jobs to earn my own money."

OZZY OSBOURNE tried to talk his daughter Kelly out of collecting tattoos - because he knew she’d grow to regret them.
The rocker opens up about his past concerns while giving advice to a worried mum in his advice column for music magazine Rolling Stone.
The Connecticut mother wrote to the former Black Sabbath star and expressed her feelings about the fact her daughter wanted a huge spider tattoo on her back and asked the rock star for his thoughts.
Osbourne writes, "I remember when my daughter Kelly wanted tattoos. I said, ‘Take it from me, you’ll grow up to regret it,’ and lo and f**king behold, she now regrets it.
"It’s all well being a hot chick with ink, but when you’re 60 and your spider’s all faded and wrinkly, trust me, you’ll wish you’d never had it done."

MICHAEL JACKSON’s family unveiled artwork sketched by the late singer at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Monday (08Aug11).
The Thriller hitmaker’s three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, arrived at the facility with their grandmother Katherine and aunt La Toya to officially donate the King of Pop’s drawings.
The haul includes signed sketches of Mickey Mouse and will decorate the walls of the hospital wards.

Pop star KE$HA made a tourbus stop at a Florida hospital on Sunday (07Aug11) when a member of her entourage needed medical help for a "minor injury".
The singer’s two buses pulled up at the University of Miami hospital - and they waited there until the unnamed band member was treated and released.
Ke$ha’s representative tells TMZ.com, "A member of Ke$ha’s band sustained a minor injury, was treated, released and (is now) feeling great." The singer had just performed at the Bayfront Park Amphitheatre when the injury happened.

New RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS star JOSH KLINGHOFFER has revealed his first day as a member of the group was a sad one - because a good friend died.
Frontman Anthony Kiedis heard the news about promoter and writer Brendan Mullen’s passing as he headed into the rehearsal studio to welcome guitarist Klinghoffer to the band.
Mullen gave the band their first shows in Los Angeles and he was working on a biography about the group when he died in 2009 after suffering a stroke while celebrating his 60th birthday.
Kiedis says, "Brendan happened to die on the very first day we were to rehearse with Josh Klinghoffer. When I got to rehearsal I delivered the news to my band that we just lost this beautiful person. And then we started playing without really talking." Klinghoffer, who has replaced John Frusciante in the band, recalls the sombre day, telling the Los Angeles Times it was "sort of a sad hello," adding, "Everybody lost a good friend." The Red Hot Chili Peppers have paid tribute to their late friend with the tune Brendan’s Death Song on new album I’m With You.

Outrageous U.S. comedian DOUG STANHOPE has taken aim at Britain’s Down’s Syndrome Association for criticising a radio presenter who urged listeners to check out the stand-up’s expletive-laden skit about politician SARAH PALIN online.
BBC Five Live host Richard Bacon encouraged fans to visit YouTube.com and witness his guest Stanhope’s six-minute rant about the former U.S. vice president candidate, during which he attacked her son Trig, who was born with Down’s Syndrome.
The radio presenter never made mention of Stanhope’s Palin comments and the comic didn’t repeat them during the interview that followed on 4 August (11), but Bacon’s suggestion that listeners should visit YouTube was enough to upset DSA officials.
They filed a formal complaint to the BBC, stating, "The DSA is shocked that a BBC employee has publicised the work of a comedian which is nothing more than a vile offensive rant and conflicts with BBC guidelines which state a responsibility to protect the vulnerable and avoid unjustifiable offence." Bacon has since apologised for his remarks, insisting he wasn’t condoning his guest’s humour, but encouraging listeners to check out why Stanhope has such a controversial reputation.
But the comic is defiant - he has chosen to fan the flames of the controversy by blasting DSA officials on his Facebook.com page.
He writes, "I just wrote this to the site @ info@downs-syndrome.org.uk saying in part ‘The best and highest use of your organization’s webpage is to give me publicity? How dare you pretend this is about you helping people rather than about your own personal, ego-driven agendas. Remember, you are supposed to be caring for victims, not making victims of yourselves. You are reprehensible.’"

Actress ELIZABETH BANKS has no plans to put her career on hold following the birth of her first child, insisting she’s no "break-taker".
The Spider-Man star and her husband, Max Handelman, welcomed a son via surrogate in March (11) after years of failed fertility treatments.
But despite their long struggle to become parents, Banks is determined to carry on making movies while raising her son.
She tells People.com, "I’m not really a break-taker. I’ll just keep on going, and then we’ll see. You do it. You push through just like any other working mom.
"I don’t want to say I take it day by day, but I pretty much take it month by month. My life is now in monthly increments.
"The thing about motherhood is it’s a full-time job and everything else gets piled onto it. I don’t think I ever really understood that until it came into my life. You put so much of your brain energy, and your emotional and psychological energy into, ‘Where is he? What is he doing?’ that it’s almost hard to concentrate on anything else." Banks is currently filming the much anticipated big screen adaptation of The Hunger Games.

DIRTY DANCING is set for a big screen revamp - with the original movie’s choreographer taking on the role of director.
Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey became household names after starring in the 1987 hit, which tells the story of dance instructor Johnny Castle and his unlikely partner Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman.
The movie took in a staggering $215 million (£131 million) at the box office, and High School Musical choreographer Kenny Ortega - who worked on the original project - is hoping for the same success with his remake.
He says, "Patrick Swayze set the bar for men dancing in the movies as Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire did before him. I believe everywhere you look there is evidence that the talent is out there and I can’t wait to begin the process of discovering the next breakout triple-threats." And the original Baby - Grey - is ecstatic her breakthrough role will be re-imagined for a new generation of fans, insisting, "I’m so excited about this news, and I think there’s nobody better to do this than my beloved Kenny Ortega, who is as responsible as anyone for the success of the first one. I can’t wait to see what he’s going to do with it."

Singer GAVIN DEGRAW has been hospitalised after he was brutally attacked in New York on Sunday (07Aug11).
The I Don’t Want to Be hitmaker was jumped by a gang of assailants and assaulted. He was later admitted to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan.
The star’s representative tells TMZ.com he is still under observation, although the spokesperson would not reveal details about his injuries.
The attack took place hours after McGraw, 34, returned to the Big Apple following his opening performance on the Maroon 5 and Train tour in Connecticut earlier in the evening.

Actor ALEC BALDWIN is selling off his luxury New York apartment with views of the city’s famed Central Park so he can be closer to his new girlfriend.
The 30 Rock star has lived in the posh Upper West Side area for years, but he placed his pad on the market on Monday (08Aug11) with a listing price of $9.5 million (£5.94 million).
Baldwin, 53, was first linked to yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas, 28, in May (11) and he’s reportedly keen to spend more time with his new love by relocating near to her yoga studio in downtown Manhattan.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six column, Baldwin, who was previously married to Kim Basinger, is close to securing a new home in the trendy SoHo district.

Hollywood star BEN STILLER has recruited former U.S. president BILL CLINTON to co-host a fundraiser to boost donations for a school building mission in Haiti.
The Meet The Fockers actor established The Stiller Foundation following the earthquake which devastated the poverty-stricken nation in January, 2010, and he is continuing to push for funds with a charity gala in New York on 23 September (11).
Clinton has been heavily involved with the Haiti relief effort too - he founded the Clinton Foundation Haiti Fund last year (10) and set up a joint charity venture with fellow ex-president George Bush, called the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.

R&B star MARY J. BLIGE is taking acting lessons in an effort to ensure she’s worthy of future film roles.
The singer made her big screen acting debut in I Can Do Bad All By Myself and she’s currently shooting musical Rock of Ages.
Blige will also play jazz and blues legend Nina Simone in a new biopic - and she’s determined to master her new craft.
She says, "I’m trying to do everything - I have a dialect coach, acting coach, piano coach… everything. I’m just doing what I’m doing. The film thing is going to start happening more often because I’m trying to nail it, not just get an acting job because I’m a singer.
"I have a coach for every little thing I do. I want Queen Latifah to be proud of me… (and actress) Angela Bassett of course. I want to earn my acting kudos."

BOB GELDOF’s socialite daughter PEACHES has blasted reports she is to convert to Judaism so she can marry her rocker boyfriend.
The 22 year old was said to be planning to adopt the Jewish faith in order to be able to marry S.C.U.M. singer Thomas Cohen.
But she insists the rumours are completely false.

Former GUNS N’ ROSES rocker MATT SORUM can add artist to his resume after unveiling a fine art collection on Friday (05Aug11).
The Velvet Revolver drummer used his drumsticks to create the series of canvas pieces, which depict a "study of rhythm light and 100 rhythmic performances".
He tells Blabbermouth.net, "I never considered myself an artist in that form until it was brought to my attention that it could be done. So I think there are similarities to painters. You know the sticks relate to brush strokes…
"Great artists have a different feel from each other, nobody is similar, everyone has a different take on things and it comes through in the movement." Sorum’s collection will become available to galleries across the U.S. and Europe next month (Sep11).

Opera star ANDREA BOCELLI serenaded ferry passengers with an impromptu performance last week (ends05Aug11) as he rode the waves around Manhattan during a photoshoot.
The blind tenor joined locals on an East River boat on Thursday (04Aug11) as he posed for promotional shots in front of the world-famous Manhattan skyline.
And he decided to treat fellow passengers to a little preview of his upcoming concert in the city by belting out a series of songs and playing the flute while onboard, according to the New York Post.
Bocelli will team up with the New York Philharmonic for a free show in the city’s Central Park on 15 September (11).

Rapper BIG BOI has laughed off his weekend drug possession arrest after posting $16,000 (£10,000) bail.
The Outkast star, real name Antwan Andre Patton, was taken into custody in Miami, Florida on Sunday (07Aug11) after customs officials reportedly discovered a number of illegal substances on his person as he stepped off a cruise liner.
A police report obtained by TMZ.com reads: "The pat-down revealed 5.7 grams of MDMA in powder form, 3 pills of suspect ecstasy, 9 whole pills of Viagra and 2 (half-pills) of Viagra, and a cigarette roller with suspect marijuana residue." Big Boi was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, before posting bond and walking free on Sunday afternoon.
His lawyer, Daniel Kane, has already expressed his confidence that Big Boi "will be completely exonerated" of the charges, and the rapper himself appeared to have brushed off the run-in with the law in a post on his Twitter.com blog.
After regaining his freedom, he wrote, "Fresh Out (of jail) Baby! S**t they said it was the Love Boat."

The identity of a mystery woman featured kissing ELVIS PRESLEY in an iconic 1956 photograph has been revealed - 55 years after the pictures were taken.
Photographer Alfred Wertheimer snapped the King in a series of affectionate poses with a beautiful blonde in the stairwell of a building in Richmond, Virginia following a chance encounter.
Wertheimer failed to take down the name of the object of Presley’s affections and she remained unknown when the black and white images, known simply as The Kiss, became part of pop culture history upon the star’s death in 1977.
Editors at fashion magazine Vanity Fair recently tracked down the woman in question and she has been unveiled as Barbara Gray, now 75.
She reunited with Wertheimer for a U.S. TV interview on breakfast show Today on Monday (08Aug11) and revealed that The Kiss was her first and only encounter with Presley.
Gray confessed that she wasn’t actually attracted to Presley when he chased after her on the afternoon of The Kiss shoot.
She said, "He had sparks, but I didn’t even know who he was… He’s a very funny kid, he was very silly and we were running around chasing each other, just being young. He narrowed me down in the hallway there to ask me if I wanted to go to (popular variety show) The Steve Allen Show with him. And I said, ‘No, I’m on my way to Philadelphia to see my boyfriend.’ And that’s when the challenge began for him…" Gray had little contact with Presley after their afternoon dalliance, but the King didn’t completely forget about her.
She adds, "I got a Christmas card from him once, but that was it. Shortly after that I left the state so I don’t know if he tried to reach me or not."
