KIM KARDASHIAN and basketball player KRIS HUMPHRIES have exchanged vows at a private estate in Montecito, California.
The couple wed on Saturday evening (20Aug11).
Kardashian wore a custom Vera Wang gown reportedly inspired by the dress Pippa Middleton wore to the royal wedding in England in April (11). The bridesmaids and Kardashian’s mother also wore Vera Wang dresses.
Celebrity guests included Eva Longoria, Lindsay Lohan and Melanie Brown, who had feared her pregnancy would keep her from the big day.
Earlier this week (beg15Aug11) she told Access Hollywood, "I’m hoping I’m gonna be there. Obviously I want to see my friend get married and it looks like it’s gonna be a beautiful evening, it’s gonna be a beautiful wedding. So, fingers crossed." Basketball superstar Carmelo Anthony and boxer Sugar Ray Leonard were also present at the nuptials, as were members of Humphries’ New Jersey Nets team.
Prior to the big event, Kardashian took to her Celebuzz.com blog to thank friends and family who had helped her plan the wedding, and urged fans to leave a comment in her Virtual Wedding Guestbook on the site.
She wrote, "I can’t believe it’s finally here! Thank you so much to everyone who made this day happen!!!!! You guys mean the world to me, and I want to thank you for all your love and support." Meanwhile, proud mum Kris Jenner used her blog to honour her daughter on the morning before the ceremony.
She wrote, "Kimberly, I still remember you as a little girl playing dress up in my closet like it was yesterday!! I can’t believe the time has flown by so fast.. I am so very proud of you and I am so happy you have found such happiness! "I know you and Kris will be very happy together and you have found someone to grow old with. You will always be my little princess angel, and you are going to make the most amazing wife. You are truly blessed. I love you with all my heart."

British singer WILL YOUNG was left shaking with fear during his trapeze-themed video shoot for new single JEALOUSY - because he’s secretly afraid of heights.
The Leave Right Now hitmaker plays a trainee trapeze artist in the promo, but he admits mastering the skill was tough.
He tells British morning show Daybreak, "When I thought of the idea I just thought spangly outfits, I didn’t think height - and actually I’m not very good with heights.
"I turned up and I’m 10 metres up in the air and I’m properly shaking - you’ll see later. I don’t know why I’m doing this, I suddenly thought, ‘Why didn’t I just run through a field of lavender?’ It feels like 30 metres high even though it’s really 10 - the scariest bit is you have to lean out and that just feels so unnatural when you’re that high up, to catch the trapeze… and it’s really heavy and it’s pulling you out.
"It’s the most terrifying thing. I am quite nervous but I have no-one else to blame but myself!"

JOHN LENNON’s Imagine Peace Tower will be lit up in Iceland later this month (Aug11) in honour of the victims of the recent Norway massacre.
The country was plunged into mourning last month (Jul11) when right-wing extremist Anders Breivik killed 77 people with a car bomb in Oslo and a shooting rampage on the island of Utoya.
And Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono will pay her respects to the victims by illuminating the Iceland skies with the beam-of-light art installation on Vioey Island, Reykjavik, which she launched last year (10) to mark the late star’s birth and the 30th anniversary of his death.
Ono says, "I hope the Imagine Peace Tower will give light to the strong wishes of World Peace from all corners of the planet and give encouragement, inspiration and a sense of solidarity in a world now filled with fear and confusion.
"I hope people of the world will join us live (online) to watch the lighting of Imagine Peace Tower and send their wishes for peace, especially for the people of Norway… let us come together to realise a peaceful world." The event will take place on Sunday (21Aug11).

British pop singer BRIAN HARVEY had a bizarre clash with police and electricity workers outside his home after officers attended the property to monitor the enforcement of a warrant.
The former East 17 star was ordered by a court to have a pre-paid electricity meter fitted at his London house after refusing to settle a utility bill because it was in the ‘wrong’ name.
But he was stunned when cops arrived alongside engineers to ensure there was no breach of the peace - so he filmed the entire encounter, claiming it’s evidence Britain is becoming a police state.
In the seven-minute clip, posted online, Harvey remonstrates with officials from the electricity company, claiming the warrant to enforce the installation of a pre-paid meter was obtained "illegally".
As at least three officers stand guard outside his home while the device is fitted, Harvey says into the camera, "Just to let everyone know, the police are now enforcing civil matters. Southern Electric are in my house now, fitting a pre-paid meter unlawfully." Once the workmen are finished, they leave the scene as Harvey tells them: "Dogs, mate - the lot of you. Dogs. And there’s the police enforcing it. Unbelievable… communist China springs to mind. Police state."

Rapper FOXY BROWN’s brother is heading to jail for up to five years after confessing to felony identity theft on Thursday (18Aug11).
Gavin ‘Pretty Boy’ Marchand was arrested with three pals at designer store Hermes in New York a year ago (Aug10) after the 36 year old used a forged American Express credit card to pay for almost $8,000 (£5,000)-worth of goods.
He initially entered a not guilty plea, but changed his mind and admitted the charge in court this week.
Marchand is set to be sentenced on 28 September (11) and faces between two-and-a-half to five years behind bars, according to the New York Daily News.

GILBERT O’SULLIVAN is eager to launch a big comeback - to remind fans he’s still alive.
The Get Down hitmaker found fame in the 1970s, and although he released an album in January (11), he’s remained largely out of the spotlight in recent years.
But O’Sullivan admits he’s becoming tired of fans assuming he’s died and wants to burst back on to the music scene.
He tells the BBC, "It’s out of sight, out of mind. If you aren’t on the box regularly you’re a has-been. If you aren’t in the public eye people think you’re dead.
"I meet people all the time who say, ‘We used to love you, we thought you were dead!’ I know exactly where they’re coming from. I’m scratching at the door. I’m desperate for success even at my age."

NOEL GALLAGHER has vowed to put an end to his fans’ rock ‘n’ roll antics when he heads out on tour later this year (11).
The former Oasis guitarist, 44, insists he’s too old to party hard, and he wants his audience to put aside its "primal energy" and concentrate on listening to his new solo songs.
And he admits he purposefully chose a series of seated venues for his upcoming tour to prevent fans from getting over-excited.
Gallagher tells Britain’s The Sun, "This album has a more human sound, whereas Oasis was about the primal energy. It was in-your-face, like a football (soccer) match set to music.
"But this, I would really like people to stop and listen. That’s why I’m playing all-seated venues because the lad swilling beer element has got to go."

JUSTIN BIEBER’s ex-girlfriend has been granted a three-year restraining order against a man who allegedly threatened to pay an assassin $5,000 (£3,125) to kill her.
Jasmine Villegas, 17, received a temporary order earlier this month (Aug11) stating that 33-year-old Steven Cintron must stay at least 100 yards (91 metres) away from her and her family.
Cintron allegedly sent Villegas thousands of messages and posted YouTube.com videos to her - but it was one, in which he allegedly threatened the pretty teenager, that put her on red alert.
Villegas, who appeared in Bieber’s Baby video, claims Cintron also threatened family members, and a judge in Los Angeles has now extended the temporary injunction to a three-year restraining order, according to TMZ.com.
If Cintron violates the order he could be sentenced to jail.

MARK RONSON ran for cover as a storm hit Belgium’s Pukkelpop Festival on Thursday (18Aug11), and the traumatised star admits he’s "never been a part of anything like that in my life".
The DJ and his band The Business Intl were watching an act at the event when severe weather hit the site, uprooting trees, which went crashing into a stage.
Ronson, who escaped injury, witnessed gig-goers "screaming and running" and also saw "hailstones the size of tennis balls" - and he’s been left stunned by the tragedy, which killed at least five revellers and injured dozens more.
In a post on his blog, he writes, "(We) were in the Chateau tent watching the Smith Westerns at exactly the moment the storm hit. I’ve never been a part of anything like that in my life.
"The roof ripped off, the structural poles and lighting rig came crashing down and people started screaming & running, literally, for their lives. Once you made it out (of) the tent, you were pelted by hailstones the size of tennis balls. And we were the lucky ones.
"We’re so genuinely sorry for the families and friends of the people that lost their lives and those that were injured, and we will be thinking of them for a long time." Festival organisers have since cancelled the event, which was due to run until Saturday (20Aug11).

Movie-maker DANNY BOYLE is on the hunt for 10,000 talented people to take part in performance events during the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
The Slumdog Millionaire director is heading up the committee to stage the shows and he’s previously vowed to go "back to basics", but the events are now set to be on a huge scale.
Boyle and fellow artistic director Kim Gavin are searching for 10,000 volunteers to fill roles as dancers, actors, percussionists and general all-round performers at the two ceremonies.
Applications need to be received by 31 August (11) and Olympics chiefs have advised that participants must be available for auditions later this year (11) and, if they are chosen for a part, for rehearsals in March (12).

Producers of new movie SPY KIDS: ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD saved a dog’s life by giving it a role in the film.
The poor pooch, called Elmo, was a rescue dog and was due to be put to sleep because a suitable owner could not be found.
But movie-makers saved his life and offered him a slice of fame by casting him as Astronaut in the upcoming children’s adventure story.
Ricky Gervais, who voices the character, tells British TV show This Morning, "He is a rescue dog. They were going to put him down, so the film saved him and made him a star. So, kids, if you don’t go and see this film we are going to put him down. We’re not! That’s not true."

ELIZA DUSHKU is taking part in a charity walk next month (Sep11) to raise awareness of lupus.
The actress has signed up for the Lupus Foundation of America challenge in Los Angeles and she hopes to raise at least $1,000 (£625) for the organisation, which investigates the cause of the autoimmune disease.

The 73-year-old Monster-in-Law star has just released a new book about the pleasures of getting old and, in researching it, she learned that women who reach out to others have great sex lives.

British supermodel KATE MOSS has infuriated her new neighbours with plans to build a basement conversion - as residents are convinced it will cause flooding in the area.
The newly married beauty has moved to an $11 million (£7 million) mansion in the affluent area of Highgate, north London with her husband, The Kills rocker Jamie Hince.
Moss has already angered neighbours by placing a satellite dish and CCTV cameras on the exterior of the home - and now she’s causing more controversy with plans to build a gym and steam room below ground level.
The proposals have infuriated local councillor Maya de Souza, who is concerned that if Moss’ plans are approved, other homes in the vicinity will suffer.
She tells Britain’s Daily Express, "My concern is the impact on groundwater flows. This has been known to impact severely on neighbours. Large basements can mean huge numbers of lorry movements which cause too much disturbance and a risk to other residents. I’ll be asking for proper reports on groundwater and the early submission of a contract management plan and if they are not satisfactory I’d like to see the application refused." Another resident tells the publication, "Kate’s house is beautiful as it is. Why is she so determined to turn it into something it is not? If she wanted a modern house she should have bought a modern house, not a Grade II-listed property."

JOSH GROBAN is heading to TV screens again - he’s signed up to star in U.S. comedy THE OFFICE.
The hitmaker has previously appeared on singing series Glee, and now Groban is to reappear on the small screen as Ed Helms’ character Andy’s brother in The Office, according to Deadline.com.
Meanwhile, Stephen Collins and Dee Wallace have signed on to play Helms’ parents in the show.
Groban has also previously acted in movie Crazy, Stupid, Love, alongside former The Office lead man Steve Carell, and in U.S. show Ally McBeal.
