Comedienne TINA FEY is a mum again after giving birth to a baby girl.
Penelope Athena was born on Wednesday (10Aug11), Fey’s representative confirms to People.com.
It is the second daughter for the 30 Rock star and her husband Jeffrey Richmond - they are already parents to five-year-old Alice.
