British singer ROBBIE WILLIAMS is considering replacing his wedding band with a permanent tattoo after misplacing the ring since his nuptials last year (10).
The Take That star wed actress Ayda Field at his home in Los Angeles last August (10), but has lost the gold band the beauty gave him on their big day.
Now the Angels hitmaker, who sports several tattoos, is planning to get his wife’s initial inked on his wedding finger ahead of the couple’s first anniversary next month (Aug11).
He writes on his blog, "Maybe (I’ll get) an A on that finger… I have already lost the ring… Can’t lose a tattoo, barring some very unfortunate incident."

British singer LEE RYAN has been handed a $128 (£80) fine for allegedly brawling at a nightclub while celebrating his birthday last month (Jun11).
The Blue star held his 28th birthday bash in the Roppongi venue in Oxford, England when a fight broke out between several revellers, with the altercation spilling out onto the streets. Ryan was arrested and spent several hours in a cell at a local police station.
He was bailed and now has been fined a fixed penalty for disorder over his involvement in the altercation, a Thames Valley Police spokesperson confirms to Britain’s The Sun.

Country icon DOLLY PARTON was stunned to return home one day to find a "loony" fan had left a baby named after her hit JOLENE on her doorstep.
The I Will Always Love You hitmaker had just penned her famous 1974 track and was at the peak of her stardom when she found out how "fanatical" her devotees could be.
But even Parton admits she was shocked when one fan left the tot at the gate of her home hoping she would take the newborn in.
She tells the Windy City Times, "Years ago when I first started being a big star I had fans that were fanatical. It was when Jolene was a big hit. We came home one day and there was a baby in a box at our gate with a note in it. The note said, ‘My name is Jolene, my momma has left me here and she wants you to have me’. Of course, we all freaked out! "We immediately called Human Services and took care of the baby until they got there. We never did know or hear anything about it. I knew nothing else. What do you do in a situation like that? There are some loony people in this world!"

NEIL PATRICK HARRIS, HANK AZARIA and JAYMA MAYS have turned New York City blue to mark the opening of their new live action movie THE SMURFS.
The actors kicked off Smurfs Week NYC, a series of events centred around the family comedy, in the Big Apple on Sunday (24Jul11) by walking the red carpet with co-stars Katy Perry and Sofia Vergara at the film’s world premiere.
They continued the celebrations on Monday morning (25Jul11) when Harris, Azaria and Mays opened Smurf Village in Central Park, a themed kids’ area complete with colourful 10-foot (three-metre) tall mushroom houses and a 40-foot (12.19-metre) tall inflatable Smurf.
The trio was also joined by two people dressed up as cuddly characters Papa Smurf and Smurfette.
Harris later switched on the lights at the top of the Empire State Building, which shone bright blue.
Smurfs Week, created in partnership with the New York tourism board, is set to continue with events at famed toy store FAO Schwarz, where part of the movie was filmed, and at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum.
The Smurfs film, based on fictional blue characters created by Belgian cartoonist Peyo, opens across the U.S. later this week (29Jul11).

Director STEVEN SPIELBERG has been fined by the Italian coastguard for mooring his speedboat too close to a beach in Sardinia.
The Jaws legend is currently enjoying a vacation with pals, including his goddaughter Gwyneth Paltrow, on his luxurious super-yacht, Seven Seas, off the coast of the idyllic Italian island.
But after his crew used a speedboat to drop Spielberg and his entourage off at the beach near Porto Liscia, he ran into trouble with the local law, which forbid boats with engines from coming too close to the shore over fears for swimmers’ safety.
According to Britain’s Daily Telegraph, he was fined $241 (£151) by the coastguard, who had been alerted by angry beach-goers.
Coast guard Commander Vincenzo Petrella says, "For using his engine within 300 metres of the coast, instead of rowing in, Spielberg received a €172 fine. But he clearly didn’t know he had broken the rules and was a real gentleman about it. The fine was paid promptly the following morning."

British actress CAREY MULLIGAN is set to wed her folk rocker beau MARCUS MUMFORD, according to a U.K. report.
The couple has been an item since February (11) and the Oscar-nominated star has sparked rumours she’s engaged after she was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger during a romantic break with the Mumford & Sons musician.
According to Britain’s The Sun, they enjoyed a trip to posh hotel Babington House in Somerset, England over the weekend (23-24Jul11), where Mulligan showed off her sparkler.
A source tells the publication, "Carey looked like the cat who had got the cream. She was wearing a beautiful ring and didn’t seem to mind who saw it.
"They were stuck to each other like glue. She was doing most of the talking and he was hanging on her every word." Mulligan previously dated her Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps co-star Shia LaBeouf, while Mumford was in a relationship with fellow folk singer Laura Marling.

Character actor G.D. SPRADLIN has died at his home in California at the age of 90.
Spradlin, who was famed for playing authority figures, passed away of natural causes at his ranch in San Luis Obispo on Sunday (24Jul11), according to his grandson.
Starting his career as a lawyer, before working as an independent oil producer, Spradlin didn’t start acting until he was in his 40s, when producer Fred Roos cast him in TV shows I Spy and Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C.
He went on to play a corrupt senator in The Godfather: Part II and a general in Apocalypse Now, as well as roles in Ed Wood and The Long Kiss Goodnight.
The actor also directed two movies, The Only Way Home and Outside In, both released in 1972.
He is survived by his wife, Frances, two daughters and five grandchildren.

Bosses at computer giant Microsoft have apologised for urging followers on Twitter.com to buy tragic AMY WINEHOUSE’s BACK TO BLACK album through the retailer’s online store.
A PR representative for Xbox, owned by Microsoft, took to the social networking platform hours after the Rehab singer was discovered dead at her London home on Saturday (23Jul11), and encouraged fans to make the purchase on Zune, the firm’s entertainment marketplace.
The rep tweeted, "Remember Amy Winehouse by downloading the ground-breaking Back to Black over at Zune." Twitter followers immediately began to bombard the page with complaints, with several labelling the message "crass" and "vile".
Microsoft executives have now insisted they had no intention of using the troubled star’s passing as a marketing ploy and they have issued a solemn apology via Twitter.
The message reads, "Apologies to everyone if our earlier Amy Winehouse ‘download’ tweet seemed purely commercially motivated. Far from the case, we assure you. With Amy W’s passing, the world has lost a huge talent. Our thoughts are with Amy’s family and friends at this very sad time." Winehouse’s Grammy Award-winning Back to Black record shot to the top of the iTunes charts around the world after news of her death broke, with sales of the album increasing 37-fold in her native U.K.

JERMAINE JACKSON and his brother Randy have distanced themselves from their mother’s plans to stage a tribute concert in memory of MICHAEL JACKSON, insisting it’s not the right time for the show.
Family matriarch Katherine Jackson announced on Monday (25Jul11) that Michael Forever - The Tribute Concert would take place at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on 8 October (11).
No performers for the "world-class event" were revealed, but she was supported at the Beverly Hills press conference by four of her kids; La Toya, Marlon, Jackie and Tito.
However, within hours of the show’s announcement, Michael’s other brothers Jermaine and Randy Jackson issued their own statement about the gig, claiming the family should be focusing on the upcoming manslaughter trial surrounding the King of Pop’s death - and not planning a celebration in the U.K.
In a joint statement, Jermaine and Randy say, "While we wholeheartedly support the spirit of a tribute that honors our brother, we find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael’s death.
"There will come a time and place for an amazing and deserving tribute to Michael. But we feel that the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name." Michael’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, stands accused of administering the fatal dose of anaesthetic Propofol that killed the superstar in 2009, just weeks before he was due to hit the stage in London for his This Is It comeback concerts.
Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter. The trial is set to begin on 8 September (11).

New mum MARIAH CAREY struggled to enjoy her pregnancy when she was expecting twins, insisting it was a "really difficult" and "bleak" time.
The pop superstar gave birth to son Moroccan and daughter Monroe on 30 April (11), her third wedding anniversary to husband Nick Cannon.
But Carey claims she spent "47 weeks" in discomfort - because the nine-month pregnancy wreaked havoc on her body.
The singer returned to the TV spotlight on Sunday (24Jul11) to promote her various fashion and perfume collections on U.S. cable channel Home Shopping Network (HSN), and she used the opportunity to detail her difficulties as a mum-to-be.
She said, "I was so uncomfortable. I’m kind of proud of myself. I really am - sorry, (being) pregnant with twins is different than anything! (People) were always saying to me, ‘Oh, but it’s all worth it!’ Yeah, but it’s easy to say when you’re not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into, like, a really difficult time.
"My body went through so much. Holding those twins in - you have to keep them in as long as possible. It’s a sacrifice you make for them. Literally I was like, 47-weeks pregnant."

The You Had Me hitmaker is currently dating an unnamed childhood friend and admits she would "love" to start a family with him.
But the bohemian singer is not a fan of marriage - and she’s adamant that even if she agrees to wed, she’ll shun a religious ceremony in favour of a spiritual union.
Stone tells Britain’s You magazine, "Motherhood? Yes, I’d love to be a mum. But I don’t want a wedding! Or if I do marry, it’ll be ten years in, after I’ve had the kids. And it’ll be a spiritual marriage only. I can picture a lovely ceremony but there’s no way I’ll sign a piece of paper on the day."

EMMA BUNTON was overjoyed when she realised her baby son had found fame within hours of his birth, after his name became the topic of a question on a TV quiz show.
The former Spice Girls star gave birth to little Tate in May (11), her second son with her fiance Jade Jones.
And the new parents were amazed when they tuned in to live U.K. show The Million Pound Drop the evening after Tate’s arrival and saw that he was the subject of a question for contestants.
Bunton tells Britain’s Hello! magazine, "The evening after he was born, I was cuddled up in my hospital room with Tate in my arms and Jade next to me and the quiz show The Million Pound Drop with Davina McCall came on TV. One question was, ‘What has Emma Bunton called her baby boy, born today?’. Four options were on the screen.
"I was so excited, I squealed, ‘Tate, you’re famous already!’ Jade tried to film it on his video camera to show Tate when he’s older. It was very funny."

Rocker OZZY OSBOURNE bought his wife Sharon a pricey new pedigree pooch - he shelled out $10,000 (£6,250) for a Yorkshire Terrier at an auction in Los Angeles on Saturday (23Jul11).
The former Black Sabbath frontman and his wife Sharon stopped by the Annual Design Care event to support her pal Holly Robinson Peete’s charity foundation, and when the rocker spotted dog-loving Sharon admiring an eight-week old pup, he started a bidding war with fellow attendees in order to win her the cute pet.

FREIDA PINTO "felt bad" watching her IMMORTALS co-stars HENRY CAVILL, KELLAN LUTZ and LUKE EVANS stick to their strict diets during filming for the mythological Greek epic, because they weren’t even allowed fruit.
The Slumdog Millionaire beauty plays a priestess in the upcoming fantasy action film, alongside Cavill as Theseus, the king of Athens, Lutz as Poseidon, god of the sea, and Evans as Zeus, god of sky and thunder.
The actors were put on restrictive meal plans and had to hit the gym regularly to achieve their buff bodies - and the tough training regimes continued even after cameras began rolling - leaving Pinto sympathising with her male colleagues.
She tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood, "I didn’t have to keep it as strict as the boys had to. I would see them and offer them fruit and they’d say, ‘No, we can’t have fruit.’ And I’m like, ‘Fruit? Fruit’s healthy!’ And they’d say, ‘Yeah… but it’s sugar.’ I just felt bad for them." And the Indian star admits she didn’t have to do much to prepare physically for her role because she’s a healthy eater anyway.
She says, "I generally just take good care of myself. (I) just watch what I eat - especially when you’re going to be in a tight costume.
"You don’t want to be bloated and sucking your stomach in. You just want to be able to stand tall and let the corset do what it has to do."

Rapper WAKA FLOCKA FLAME spent a night in jail over the weekend (23-24Jul11) after he was arrested for drug possession.
The hip-hop star, real name Juaquin Malphurs, was taken into custody on Saturday (23Jul11) after cops found marijuana on his person during a trip to a shopping mall in Queens, New York.
Waka Flocka insists he was unfairly targeted by police because he’s a rapper - but claims he was let off without charge.
In a post on Twitter.com on Sunday (24Jul11), he wrote, "I had spend a nite (sic) n (in) jail with no charge #onlybecauseirap. Can’t no 1 (sic) stop with (sic) GOD got planned 4me no (sic) that." The rapper is no stranger to the law - he’s faced counts for drug and firearm possession following a raid on his Georgia home last year (10), but the charges were subsequently dismissed.

Actor TREAT WILLIAMS recently expressed his eternal gratitude to late, great filmmaker SIDNEY LUMET in a touching note sent to his grieving widow.
The iconic 12 Angry Men director died in April (11) at the age of 86 after a battle with lymphoma, but Williams proved his contributions to Hollywood would never be forgotten by those who knew him best by penning a heartfelt letter to his fourth wife, Mary Gimbel.
Williams, who landed a Golden Globe nomination for his role in Lumet’s Prince of the City, spoke of his admiration for the filmmaker at a special screening of the 1981 movie at New York’s Lincoln Center on Sunday (24Jul11).
He hailed Lumet as "the greatest American born filmmaker for whom I have ever worked", before going on to share excerpts of his note with the audience.
He said, "I’d like to read you part of a note I wrote to Sidney’s wonderful wife just recently: ‘Prince of The City will always be a film of which I am extremely proud. I consider myself very lucky to work with Sidney on such an extraordinary project but it did not end there. I have unconsciously never changed my understanding of how to prepare, rehearse and act in a film after we made Prince.
"For the last 30 years I’ve applied everything I’ve learned from Sidney to everything I do. Every day I walk on a set, even now I’m using that skill set that Sidney gave me. So in a way it’s like I take Sidney with me wherever I go on this planet and he still guides me to be the best I can be. And when it goes well after a take I can still hear his wonderful voice say to everyone in the room, ‘That’s a print, check the gate.’ He’s left us all a great legacy. No one did it better."

Mixed martial arts star TITO ORTIZ has escaped unscathed after his luxury Rolls Royce Phantom was wrecked in a three-car collision in Costa Mesa, California.
No one was injured in the crash, which took place on Sunday afternoon (24Jul11), but Ortiz admits he shed a few tears over the damage caused to the front bumper and grill on his expensive vehicle.
It is unclear who was responsible for the accident, but the boyfriend of former porn star Jenna Jameson claims his insurance company won’t pay for repairs to the Phantom.
In a post on Twitter.com, he writes, "It will come out of my pocket. Sucks… I cried a little because it’s my favorite car but it will be new in no time." Photos of the damaged car have since been posted on TMZ.com.

Actress LISA RINNA is furious after learning she is featured in a new reality show with her pals ALISON SWEENEY and model ALI LANDRY, because the pair never asked her permission before selling the concept to TV bosses.
The actresses have announced they will star in and produce a new show, called Hollywood Moms’ Club, for America’s TV Guide Network. The show follows the pair’s regular mum-orientated dinners with close friends Rinna and Bond girl Denise Richards.
But the soap star insists Sweeney and Landry went behind her back and used her name to help sell the show - and she’s adamant she’ll have no part in the series.
On her Twitter.com page, Rinna writes, "I am NOT a part of this new ‘Hollywood Moms club’ on the tv guide network. Ali and Ali sold the concept without us and we r (are) now finding out. They went out and sold the show with out any of us knowing. We are just finding out about it now. WOW.
"Just when you think you know people. This business is something isn’t it?! Its (sic) never good when people are sneaky and go behind your back especially friends. Then you see it in the press! Yuk! I let the girls - Ali and Ali know my feelings I was very honest with them. Just vent tweets I guess- ok I’m done now." Richards was also shocked that Rinna had not been informed that she would be part of the show.
She tweeted to her friend, "@lisarinna as u (sic) know I wasn’t part of selling it & only agreed to guest star when I was told all of us were, not the case, not happy about it."
