ARNOLD AND BARR FELL OUT AGAIN OVER EMAIL
Actor TOM ARNOLD and his ex-wife ROSEANNE BARR recently came close to putting their longtime feud behind them, until they fell out again in a series of emails.
The stars, who were married for four years before their divorce in 1994, have traded insults online and in the press since their split, but Arnold admits he hasn’t spoken to his former partner in person for 18 years.
The funnyman was surprised when his ex-wife got in touch with him via the internet last year (10), but their email correspondence soon turned sour.
He tells CNN’s Piers Morgan, "I haven’t talked to her face-to-face in 18 years. You know, I’m happy she has a new show, I want people to watch it, I want her to succeed, I’m grateful to her… But it’s so long ago that it seems odd (to talk about her).
"She did email me, began emailing me in December, out of the blue, random, (I) hadn’t heard from her in many years and I showed Ashley, my wife, and she let me write her back (sic) and every other email was really mean, so it reminded me! She can’t help it."
