Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:24 pm

Veteran actress ELLEN BARKIN is dating the 26-year-old son of famed moviemaker BARRY LEVINSON, the director who launched her film career.
The 57 year old, who found fame in Levinson’s 1980s film Diner, is romantically involved with the moviemaker’s writer/director son Sam and they have reportedly been living together in New York for the last two years.
They are said to have met while Sam was writing Barkin’s 2010 film Operation: Endgame and the Ocean’s Thirteen star leads the cast of Sam’s latest movie, Another Happy Day. They were pictured hugging and kissing when the film was premiered at this year’s (11) Sundance Film Festival in Utah.

Barkin is mother to two children from her first marriage to actor Gabriel Byrne. After their split, she wed businessman Ronald Perelman, but that union also ended in divorce in 2006.

WILLIAMS AND BARLOW MAKING ‘LENNON AND MCCARTNEY’ ALBUM

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:21 pm

ROBBIE WILLIAMS is teaming up with his TAKE THAT bandmate GARY BARLOW to make his next solo record a "Lennon and McCartney-type album".
The British pop star recently rejoined the group after a 15-year absence, but he is planning to resurrect his solo career once his Take That duties are over.
Williams has recruited his bandmate Barlow to help write and produce the new record, and he hopes the partnership will be akin to that shared by Beatles stars John Lennon and Sir Paul McCartney.
He tells Britain’s Esquire magazine, "Gaz (Gary) is great for me because he knows how I should sound. He wanted to make a Lennon and McCartney-type album. That was his big idea - big, standard records.
"At the minute it’s just me and him finishing the album and I love it… Gary is kind of unemotional about stuff. I’m emotional about stuff. He’s solid. I’m fickle. He gets stuff done, I don’t." Williams admits it is "incredibly important" to him that this album is successful, but he is not going to be distraught if it fails to sell like his flop 2006 record Rudebox.
He adds, "It’s not the be-all and end-all. I’m not going to throw myself off a cliff if it’s another Rudebox. It’s exciting. There’s a possibility it will have a similar impact to things I’ve done in the past. And before I wander off into the retirement home of the pop world, I’d like to have another fistful of hits to play to people.
"I believe I’ve got one last stab at a global success. I want to right some wrongs. Make up for how I’ve looked and behaved. There’s a place I’d like to go for a bit of redemption, for myself. Just to do a good job. I just want a few more hits and then I’ll gladly go."

Flavor Flav admits his behaviour on the big day got out of hand and the bride was left fuming when her wedding ended with a dunk in the pool and a chipped tooth.
In an extract from his new book Flavor Flav: The Icon, The Memoir, the rapper writes, "That’s where (at the wedding) I learned to ride a motorcycle… The first time I got on… I drove it up a wall… I also pushed (the bride) into the pool, and she chipped her tooth. One thing I can tell you is, do not chip a model’s tooth. She was mad at your boy!"

Both have refused to comment on the rumours, with Fassbender recently telling Britain’s The Guardian, "My private life is private. A source tells Us Weekly, "They’re really low-key, but they have a great time together just talking music or movies. They really didn’t want to be a topic of conversation during the press for X-Men."

She tells Ahlanlive.com, "Ahh yes, the police shutting down the roads. It’s caused a bit of an uproar at home (U.K.). The village is fine with it, it was just the (British newspaper) Daily Mail readers up in arms saying why are we paying our taxes for her to be protected like the royals. Actually I’m paying a vast amount of money myself, it’s all off-duty police officers who are going to be paid overtime.
"It’s not like we demanded they close the roads down. The only reason I did it was for the residents otherwise there will be a million photographers driving up and down the roads. It’s not really for me."

GUNS N’ ROSES STAR RECALLS BAR FIGHT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 5:27 pm

GUNS N’ ROSES frontman AXL ROSE once became embroiled in a nasty bar fight with a fan who sneaked into an aftershow party, according to his bandmate DJ ASHBA.
The guitarist claims the pair became involved in an altercation with a "drunk, obnoxious guy" after the stranger found his way into a private party and hit one of the group’s tour managers. Ashba stepped in and Rose then came to his defence.
He tells Guitar International magazine, "There was a time when me and Axl got in a bar fight. We kicked the livin’ s**t outta this dude. First of all, he snuck into this private aftershow party that was just held for the band and the crew. So it was this drunk, obnoxious guy, big dude… He was asked to leave several times and didn’t. He… punched one of our tour managers. I saw it so I grabbed the guy… I walked him over to the door, and he turned around and punched me in the face… Axl saw him hit me and flipped and jumped in…" But the two rockers later saw the funny side of the incident when the unnamed man subsequently approached them, apologised and asked for autographs.
Ashba adds, "What was funny about it is, about three hours later we get done partying, (we) went up and the guy’s a bloody mess sitting in the lobby. We walk up and he apologises… and then he asks if he can get pictures with us and autographs. So we’re taking pictures with this guy we literally kicked the s**t out of. It was all good; we all laughed about it at the end, he even laughed. He was like ‘Yeah, it was my fault. I was being a total d**k.’ It was one of those things where it was just a funny moment."
