SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER SUING RIHANNA
A second fashion photographer is suing RIHANNA and her S&M video director over images used in the racy promo.
David LaChappelle filed suit against the singer and Melina Matsoukas back in February (11), claiming his work for Vogue Italia had been ripped off in the music video, and now German photographer Philip Paulus alleges one shot, which features the R&B star pressed up against a see-through wall marked with black X’s, is a copy of one of his most famous images.
Rihanna’s defence team has already countered LaChappelle’s complaint.
