Heavy rock icons IAN GILLAN and TONY IOMMI have reteamed on record for the first time since BLACK SABBATH’s 1983 album BORN AGAIN to raise funds for an Armenian music school.
The two pals have formed supergroup WhoCares and they have recorded a two-song digital single to benefit the music school of Gyumari - an area which never recovered from a massive 1988 earthquake.
The first track, Out Of My Mind, also features Deep Purple keyboard player Jon Lord, Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain, bassist Jason Newsted and HIM guitarist Mikko Lindstrom, while the second tune, Holy Water, features guitarists Steve Morris and Michael Lee Jackson and drummer Randy Clarke.
The two songs will be also be released with a 30-minute documentary chronicling Gillan and Iommi’s efforts to aid Armenians over the years.

Hip-hop pin-up AMBER ROSE fell for rapper WIZ KHALIFA during a hill climb workout.
The 27-year-old model had sworn off dating musicians after her romance with Kanye West failed, but she couldn’t resist the advances of fellow Pittsburgh native Khalifa after they met during a fitness trip to Los Angeles’ Runyon Canyon Park.
Rose tells King magazine the meeting came about after she agreed to give the 23-year-old rapper a pair of sunglasses custom made by a company she endorses.
She recalls, "He calls and tells me he’s in L.A. and can he come and get the shades? I told him I’m about to go to Runyon and work out… He says he has the day off, so I told him he could come to Runyon with me, because I’m going by myself. It would be cool to have some company.
"We hung out, we were friends… I chilled with him for two weeks. We didn’t kiss or nothing. Then he left for Pittsburgh, and when he left I was so lost without him.
"We talked on the phone constantly, and that’s when we realised we were falling for each other. And I was like, ‘When this young boy gets back from Pittsburgh, he is definitely getting some.’" Rose admits she has been smitten ever since: "He’s just so positive. He’s just one of those people who, in any situation, he can always see the brighter side to something. And he always has a smile on his face, he’s never in a bad mood."

Singer/songwriter P.J. PROBY is heading to trial after pleading not guilty to allegations of benefit fraud.
The 72-year-old American musician, who now lives in Evesham, England, is accused of wrongly claiming pension credits, housing and council tax benefits amounting to $56,400 (£47,000) between 2002 and 2008.
The case was adjourned in April (11) to give his lawyers more time to prepare, but on Tuesday (31May11), officials at Worcester Crown Court ordered the star, real name James Marcus Smith, to stand trial.
Proby’s trial is scheduled to begin on 6 March 2012.

LEANN RIMES felt compelled to organise a benefit show to raise funds for the victims of America’s recent tornado disasters because she experienced the terror of a twister when she was a child.
The singer will take to the stage in Jacksonville, Florida on Sunday (05Jun11) for a special gig, hosted by her husband Eddie Cibrian and featuring a silent auction of memorabilia from stars including Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson and Tim McGraw.
All the proceeds will help survivors of the tornadoes, which have swept across America’s southern states in recent weeks, killing hundreds of people.
Rimes now reveals she can relate to the survivors of the tragedies, as she was caught up in a terrifying tornado at her grandmother’s home in Texas when she was just seven years old.
She tells the Florida-Times Union, "My grandmother pulled me into a closet, and I literally saw the roof pick up, turn sideways and sit back down catty-corner back on the house.
"Every window in the front of the house was blown out, and the pillow I was sleeping on had a huge shard of glass through it. Ever since I’ve been terrified of tornadoes.
"We wanted to reach out to the victims… A lot of these small towns, people don’t have houses with shelters. They’re living in what they can afford. It’s terrifying. Where do they go? It’s heartbreaking."

Locals in Kauai, Hawaii were handed a treat when the cast and crew of PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES filmed at the fabled Coco Palms Hotel - harvested coconuts were given away.
Producers couldn’t risk any of the 773 palms dropping their fruit on the heads of stars like Johnny Depp and pregnant Penelope Cruz, so they made sure there were no nuts hanging high above cast and crew - and, to make sure the coconuts didn’t go to waste, they were given to locals.
The location was extra special for Elvis Presley fan Geoffrey Rush - the late King of Rock ‘n’ Roll filmed scenes for Blue Hawaii at the hotel, which is no longer in operation.
Rush even hosted a screening of the Elvis film in his Kauai hotel room.

Funnyman STEVE COOGAN is set to reteam with his 24 HOUR PARTY PEOPLE director MICHAEL WINTERBOTTOM for a new biopic about porn king PAUL RAYMOND.
Coogan will reportedly play the London strip club tycoon in Raymond in Paul Raymond’s Wonderful World Of Erotica.
Winterbottom and the actor also teamed up to make quirky comedy A Cock And Bull Story.
The Raymond film is an adaptation of Paul Willet’s biography Members Only: The Life And Times Of Paul Raymond.
Raymond opened the U.K.’s first strip club, Raymond Revue Bar, in 1958. He also published the magazines Razzle, Mayfair and Men Only. He died in 2008.

Actor JOSH DUHAMEL has been honoured for his fundraising efforts by officials from the American Red Cross.
The star has been a longtime supporter of the organisation and recently staged a charity run in California to help the clean-up operation in Japan, following the country’s earthquake and tsunami disaster in March (11).
Duhamel was the guest of honour at the Red Cross Red Tie Affair in Santa Monica, California on 21 May (11) and he was awarded the special Crystal Cross prize.
He tells FOX411.com, "I had never been honoured in that kind of way. I was like, ‘Really? You’re going to give me an award? OK, I’ll be there!’" The actor admits he felt compelled to stage the run to benefit the Red Cross’ aid efforts in Japan because of his wife Fergie’s association with the earthquake-ravaged country.
He adds, "I had this need to want to do something, actively do something - rather than just go to an event. I wanted to feel like I was actually contributing something physically.
"The Black Eyed Peas have a very close relationship with Japan. They go there quite often. They were shooting a video just four days before the earthquake and tsunami struck there. So Fergie was really upset by the news.
"(Fergie) loved the idea that I was sort of spearheading this thing, that I was taking the initiative to do it - because I’ve never really organised anything like it before. So she was able to come out for the Japan run that we did on her birthday - it was a great way to celebrate and we had a blast."

Actress BLAKE LIVELY has threatened to take legal action after a set of fake nude snaps appeared on the internet.
The images, which show a blonde woman completely nude, surfaced on Tuesday (31May11) and soon appeared on several websites, but the Gossip Girl star’s representative is adamant the girl in the pictures is not Lively.
The actress’ legal team has now threatened to take action against anyone posting the photographs, as they are "100 per cent fake", with a rep telling Us Weekly, "The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it are 100 per cent fake.
"Blake has never taken nude photos of herself. Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner."

Actress NICHOLE HILTZ was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday (31May11) on suspicion of child neglect.
Police were reportedly called to the In Plain Sight star’s Los Angeles apartment after receiving a call about a disturbance.
Officials detained Hiltz and subsequently took a young child into protective custody, according to TMZ.com.
Hiltz was booked on suspicion of misdemeanour child neglect, but her lawyer has played down the allegations, telling the website, "It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. No charges have been filed and absolutely no harm was done to the child."

"He explained Blame Game, saying how much he loved me in that song, and I understood that… (but) I’m with Wiz. I didn’t think it would be a good look for me to be in my ex’s video." Rose also took exception to comedian Chris Rock’s foul-mouthed spoken word rant at the end of the song, in which he states, "A neighbourhood n**ga like me ain’t supposed to be getting no p**sy like this… Who taught you how to get sexy for a n**ga?" Rose adds, "I just felt like Chris Rock’s part was disrespectful… and so I passed on it."

Model AMBER ROSE has defended her boyfriend WIZ KHALIFA over an altercation with her ex KANYE WEST at the Coachella festival, insisting he was only defending her honour.
Rose was upset when her former lover changed the lyrics of his hit Stronger and took aim at her while she was standing feet away with her new beau at the April (11) event, calling her a "blonde dyke" who would do anything he asked.
Khalifa confronted West as he left the stage and reports suggest the two rappers and their entourages had to be separated by security staff.
Now, Rose tells King magazine the whole incident was "unfortunate" - but she can’t blame her new man for his actions.
She says, "Any man who loves his woman is going to feel some kind of way if someone is throwing shots at her, especially an ex." The stunner can only hope West is done dissing her, adding, "I can say whatever I want about him. I can write a book or do whatever, but I choose to take the high road.
"It’s just unfortunate that he has to constantly say s**t… It’s time to keep it moving."

Singer SHERYL CROW helped cheer up sick children in a Memphis, Tennessee hospital on Tuesday (31May11) by making cupcakes with the youngsters.
The All I Wanna Do hitmaker visited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as part of the Music Gives to St. Jude Kids initiative, aimed at raising money and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer.
Mum-of-two Crow visited the medical centre on Tuesday and posted a photo of her with a young boy proudly showing off his decorated treat on her Facebook.com page.
In a post alongside the snap, she writes, "Making cupcakes with Hutch at St. Jude Children’s Hospital, initiating ‘Music Gives to St. Jude Kids’." The hospital received a cash boost last month (May11) when country singer John Rich donated his $250,000 (£156,000) prize money from U.S. reality TV show Celebrity Apprentice to the facility.

Actress KIRSTEN DUNST has defended her MELANCHOLIA director LARS VON TRIER over controversial statements he made at the Cannes Film Festival about Nazi leader ADOLF HITLER.
The Danish moviemaker stunned reporters during a Cannes press conference last month (May11) when he rambled on about his German heritage and declared he could "understand" Hitler - as an awkward Dunst sat next to him.
Von Trier has since apologised for his remarks, but it was not enough for festival organisers; they have banned the filmmaker from the French movie event.
Dunst, who was named the Best Actress at Cannes for her role in the film, has now offered her support to the director, insisting the Dane’s words "came out wrong".
She says, "He says dumb stuff sometimes but not anything I had ever been offended by. It just came out wrong, that’s not Lars at all.
"He was trying to make people laugh by telling the story of his life but it was not the right audience for it. He doesn’t speak English that often, he’s been in Denmark for a long time. It just didn’t translate well." Dunst, who shifted awkwardly in her seat at the press conference as her director made his remarks, admits she was annoyed with him at the time: "I was upset, shocked and angry but, at the end of the day, he is still my friend."

Rocker EDDIE VEDDER has publicly thanked THE WHO’s PETE TOWNSHEND for giving him an appreciation of the ukelele.
The Pearl Jam star is set to release an album full of ukelele music - and he insists it’s all the result of listening to Townshend’s strumming on The Who’s Blue Red and Grey.
Explaining the song helped "legitimise the instrument", Vedder tells RollingStone.com, "I thanked Pete profusely, but I should probably send him some dough (money), or a nice ukulele. I think I owe it to him at this point."

Rockers QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE have invited fans to help the band decide what to play when they hit the stage at Britain’s Glastonbury festival this summer (11).
The group is among the headliners on the opening day of the annual event, and frontman Josh Homme is calling on devotees to pick the tracks they want to hear live.
Fans will have the chance to log their suggestions for the setlist on the BBC Radio One website, selecting from 50 tracks.
Voting closes on 9 June (11). The 10 most popular songs will be unveiled by Homme on the eve of the Glastonbury festival and played by the band on 24 June (11).

BOYZONE star KEITH DUFFY is nursing painful knees after cycling almost 200 miles (320 kilometres) through the European Alps for charity last week (ends29May11).
The singer tackled the endurance race in the mountains to raise money for the Irish Autism Action organisation, of which he is a patron.
Duffy successfully completed the cycling challenge, but admitted he suffered for his cause. Speaking during the cycle, he said, "My knees are sore but are holding up so far but my hernia hasn’t caused me any bother. But all the pain will be worth it." Duffy is also competing in an extreme triathlon in Ireland in September (11) to raise money for the charity, which helped him when his daughter Mia, 11, was diagnosed with autism at 16 months old.
